Does it cost anything to submit a request?
No. There is no cost to businesses to submit a request through RefreshMatch. Providers pay RefreshMatch to receive opportunities. Any equipment, product or service pricing is between you and the provider.
How many companies will contact me?
One. Each request is assigned to a single provider, and only that provider receives your contact details through RefreshMatch.
How are providers selected?
We match requests to registered providers that serve your area and offer the service you need. Providers are reviewed by our team before they can receive opportunities.
Are you the vending, coffee or water company?
No. RefreshMatch is a matching service. We do not own, install or service equipment — independent local providers do.
Is service available in my area?
We are building our provider network across the United States. Submit a request and we will let you know if we cannot find a provider who serves your location.
How quickly will I hear back?
Our team reviews requests before matching them. Timing depends on provider availability in your area, so we do not promise a specific response time.
